I am in my first year as a full time tech integrator, and I am absolutely terrified and love it! I have seen an increase in student learning when I would integrate tech effectively in my instruction, and I am so excited to share that with teachers. Starting fresh in a new role and building new relationships is always difficult, especially if you are introverted like me, but seeing shifts in teachers’ mindsets is so gratifying!
