John started teaching in 1991 at Lincoln Elementary School in San Bernardino, California. He has been a TOSA, Technology Coordinator, and is currently the Director of Technology for the Sylvan Union School District in Modesto, CA. He is passionate about learning, and empowering students and staff with life long learning skills. Current interests include VR technology (http://www.vrstorydesign.com), design, water (all forms) sports, and making.
